Yes. We do an initial follow-up to ensure the receipt and good standing of invoices, and continue to follow-up for payment details based on the initial terms.

No. As part of our service, we offer the benefit of invoice receivable management and administration through our follow-up process.

How can I check if my customer was contacted?

Every step of the follow-up process generates a comment which is accessible via your IPS Online Account Manager.
